Invoicing and inventory software for businesses in Bahrain
10% VAT ready on quotes and invoices, prices in Bahraini dinar, and stock and profit tracked per branch.
Bahrain's VAT rose to 10% in 2022, and many small businesses still recalculate prices by hand. Hamesh starts Bahraini companies at 10% VAT, keeps tax separate from revenue and links quotes, invoices, purchases, stock and profit, whether you run a shop in Manama, a workshop in Sitra or a service company in Seef.

10% VAT as your starting point
Bahrain's standard VAT rate is 10%. Choosing Bahrain as your country switches tax on at 10% for new quotes, sales orders and invoices, and your VAT account number is printed on invoices once you add it. Zero-rated items can be set to no tax line by line, and prices can be entered including VAT. Hamesh is not certified by the National Bureau for Revenue for any e-invoicing system; the tax rate is a default you can edit.
Arabic and English invoices
Issue invoices in Arabic, laid out right to left, or in English, depending on the language you work in. Each invoice shows VAT per line, discounts and totals, tracks full and partial payments, and can be sent as a PDF on WhatsApp or downloaded.
Quotes, sales orders, invoices
Prepare quotations in BHD with VAT calculated, add extra charges such as delivery, and keep track of which quotes are still waiting for an answer. Accepted quotes become sales orders or invoices in one step, so nothing is retyped.
Stock you can trust, per location
Add each shop, branch or store room as a location with its own quantities. Purchases from suppliers update stock and cost, invoices deduct from the selling branch, and stock moves between locations with the history kept.
Profit by product, branch and campaign
With VAT kept out of sales and cost recorded at the time of sale, Hamesh shows what each product, service, branch and campaign really earns in BHD. Expenses sit alongside, and reports export to CSV for your accountant.
