Invoicing, stock and profit software for businesses in Oman
5% VAT ready, prices in Omani rial, invoices in Arabic or English, and stock tracked across every location.
Oman introduced VAT at 5% in April 2021, and many businesses in Muscat, Sohar and Salalah still keep prices, stock and invoices in separate places. Hamesh brings them together so a trading company, a shop or a service business can quote, invoice, restock and see profit from one account.

5% VAT filled in for Omani businesses
Oman's standard VAT rate is 5%. When you choose Oman, Hamesh switches tax on at 5% for new quotes, sales orders and invoices, and prints your VAT number on invoices once you add it. Items without VAT can be set per line, and prices can be entered tax-inclusive. The Oman Tax Authority has announced e-invoicing; Hamesh is not an approved e-invoicing provider, so confirm what applies to your business.
Invoices in Arabic or English
Your invoice follows the language you work in: Arabic, laid out right to left, or English. VAT is shown per line with the totals and the balance due, payments can be recorded in full or in parts, and the PDF can be shared on WhatsApp.
Quotations that convert instead of being retyped
Build quotations in OMR from your product and service lists, with VAT and any delivery or installation charges included. When a customer accepts, turn the quote into a sales order or an invoice with every line intact.
Stock in every branch
Each branch or warehouse keeps its own stock, from a showroom in Muscat to a store in Sohar. Purchases add stock, sales deduct it, and transfers between locations carry the cost with them. Set low-stock levels so you reorder in time.
See real profit in rials
Hamesh reports net sales without VAT, cost of goods and gross profit per product, service, branch and campaign, using the cost recorded when each item was sold. Add expenses to understand your net result, and keep cost data visible only to the people you choose.
