How refunds work for Hamesh subscriptions.

1. Who handles refunds
Hamesh plans bought on the web are sold by Paddle.com, our online reseller and Merchant of Record. Refund requests for these purchases are handled by Paddle.
2. Refund window
You can request a refund within 14 days of purchasing a subscription.
3. How to request a refund
Use the link in the receipt email Paddle sent for your order, or visit paddle.net to find your order and contact Paddle.
4. Purchases in the mobile app
Subscriptions bought in the Hamesh mobile app through the Apple App Store or Google Play follow the refund policy of that store.
