Invoicing, inventory and profit software for Kuwait
Invoices in Arabic or English, prices in Kuwaiti dinar, and stock you can trust across every branch.
Many shops, distributors, contracting firms and service companies in Kuwait juggle a paper invoice book, an Excel stock sheet and a WhatsApp group. Hamesh replaces them with one workspace for quotes, invoices, purchases, stock and profit, in Arabic or English, priced in Kuwaiti dinar.

No VAT in Kuwait: tax stays off unless you need it
Kuwait has not implemented VAT, so a business that chooses Kuwait as its country starts with tax switched off on quotes, sales orders and invoices. If you ever need to show a tax, for example for a customer abroad, you can switch it on with your own rate for the business, a single document or a single line.
Arabic invoices, or English when the customer needs it
Invoices follow the language you work in: Arabic with a right-to-left layout, or English for international suppliers and customers. Add your logo and details once, record cash, card (such as KNET) or transfer payments, in full or in parts, and send the invoice PDF over WhatsApp.
Quotations for contracting and trading
Price a job from your saved products and services, add installation or delivery as extra charges, and send the quotation as a PDF. When it is approved, convert it to a sales order to set the stock aside, then to an invoice; the lines carry over unchanged.
Stock per branch and warehouse
From a shop in Salmiya to a warehouse in Shuwaikh or Al Rai, each location keeps its own count. Purchases add stock, invoices deduct it at the branch that sold, and transfers between locations keep the movement history. A low-stock level per product tells you when to reorder.
Profit per item in dinars
Hamesh records each item's cost at the moment of sale, so profit by product, service, branch and campaign comes from what you actually paid. Add expenses like rent and salaries to see net results, and hide cost and profit from staff who don't need them.
Frequently asked questions
Does Hamesh add VAT for businesses in Kuwait?
No. Kuwait has no VAT today, so Hamesh leaves tax off by default for Kuwaiti businesses. You can still switch on a tax rate yourself if you need one.
Can I issue invoices in Arabic in Kuwait?
Yes. Hamesh works in Arabic with a right-to-left layout, and invoices and quotes are produced in Arabic when you use the app in Arabic; switch to English for English documents.
Can my staff use Hamesh without seeing my costs?
Yes. The owner decides whether each team member can see costs and profit, and can limit staff to the branches they work in.
