Invoicing and inventory software for UAE businesses

Quote, invoice and track stock in dirhams, with 5% VAT as your starting point and your TRN on your invoices.

A trading company in Deira, a salon in Dubai Marina, a workshop in Sharjah and a shop in Abu Dhabi share the same problem: quotes in one place, stock in a spreadsheet, and profit known only at the end of the year. Hamesh puts them in one workspace that your team can use in English or Arabic.

Tax invoices in the UAE: 5% VAT by default, with your TRN

The UAE standard VAT rate is 5%. Selecting the UAE as your country switches tax on at 5% for new documents, and the tax registration number (TRN) you enter appears on your invoices. Zero-rated or exempt items can be set to no tax on their own line, and prices can be entered tax-inclusive. The UAE is introducing mandatory e-invoicing through accredited service providers; Hamesh is not an accredited provider, so check whether and when your business is covered and review the tax invoice requirements with your accountant.

English or Arabic invoices

Many UAE customers expect English, others Arabic. Hamesh produces the invoice in the language you are using, with Arabic laid out right to left, showing VAT per line, discounts, totals and the balance due. Record cash, card or bank-transfer payments, including part payments, and send the PDF over WhatsApp.

Quotations that become invoices in one step

Send a branded quotation in AED from your product and service lists, add delivery or installation charges, and follow up from your quote list. Accepted quotes convert into sales orders or invoices with the same lines, prices and tax.

Stock across the emirates

Keep a separate stock count for each branch or warehouse, whether that is a shop in Al Ain and a store in Jebel Ali or two outlets in the same mall. Purchases add stock at their location, invoices remove it, and transfers move it with the cost carried over.

Know which products and branches earn

Hamesh keeps VAT out of your revenue and records cost at the time of sale, so profit by item, by branch and by campaign is accurate in dirhams. Track expenses such as rent and salaries alongside, and export reports to CSV.

Frequently asked questions

What VAT rate does Hamesh use for the UAE?

It starts with the UAE standard rate of 5% when you choose the UAE as your country. You can change it, mark prices as tax-inclusive, or remove tax from a single line or document.

Can I show my TRN on invoices?

Yes. Enter your tax registration number in your business settings and it is printed on your invoices.

Is Hamesh an accredited e-invoicing provider in the UAE?

No. Hamesh is not accredited for the UAE e-invoicing system and does not exchange invoices with the tax authority. It helps you quote, invoice, manage stock and see profit; check your e-invoicing obligations with the FTA or your accountant.
