Quotes, invoices and inventory for businesses in Saudi Arabia
Run sales, stock and profit in Arabic or English, with 15% VAT filled in for you and prices in Saudi riyal.
From a single shop in Riyadh to a distributor with branches in Jeddah and Dammam, Saudi businesses need to price with VAT in mind and know their margin after it. Hamesh keeps quotes, sales orders, invoices, purchases, stock and profit together, so the numbers you quote are the numbers you report.

VAT at 15%, set up for you
Saudi Arabia's standard VAT rate is 15%. When you choose Saudi Arabia as your country, Hamesh switches tax on at 15% for new quotes, sales orders and invoices, and prints your VAT registration number on invoices once you add it. Prices can be entered VAT-inclusive, a line can be made tax-free, and the rate can be changed. Important: Hamesh does not generate ZATCA (FATOORA) e-invoices. It does not produce the QR code, the XML or the ZATCA integration that e-invoicing requires, and it is not ZATCA-certified. If your business must e-invoice, issue those tax invoices from an approved solution and use Hamesh for quotes, stock and profit.
Arabic and English invoices your customers understand
Create invoices in Arabic, right to left, or in English; each document follows the language you work in. Hamesh shows VAT per line, the subtotal, discount, VAT and total, and the balance due, and records full or partial payments. Share the PDF on WhatsApp or download it.
From quote to sales order to invoice
Business buyers in the Kingdom usually ask for a quotation first. Log what the customer asked for as a quote request, turn it into a quote with VAT already calculated, then into a sales order that reserves the stock, and finally into an invoice. Nothing is retyped, so prices and tax stay consistent from the first offer to the last payment.
Stock in every city you operate
Add a location for each branch or warehouse. Each keeps its own quantities and average cost, purchases from suppliers add stock, invoices deduct it, and you can transfer stock between cities with a full movement history. Set a low-stock level per product to know when to reorder.
Margin after VAT, not before
Because VAT is kept separate from your sales, Hamesh's profit reports show net sales excluding tax, cost of goods and gross profit per product, service, branch and campaign. You see which lines really make money in SAR, and you can export to CSV for your accountant.
Frequently asked questions
Is Hamesh approved by ZATCA for e-invoicing?
No. Hamesh is not ZATCA-certified and does not issue FATOORA e-invoices (QR code, XML or connection to the ZATCA platform). Businesses that are required to e-invoice should issue their tax invoices from an approved solution.
Can Hamesh calculate 15% VAT on quotes and invoices?
Yes. Choosing Saudi Arabia sets the default rate to 15%. VAT is calculated per line, prices can be entered with or without VAT, and the rate can be changed on any document.
Does Hamesh work in Arabic?
Yes. The whole app and its documents work in Arabic with a right-to-left layout, and in English. Each member of your team can use the language they prefer.
