1. Information we collect
We collect the information you provide when creating an account (name, email, password) and the data you enter into Hamesh (products, prices, customers, invoices, inventory). We also collect basic usage and device data to keep the service secure and reliable.
2. How we use your data
Your business data is used solely to provide the Hamesh service to you. We do not sell or rent your data. Aggregated, anonymized usage statistics may be used to improve the product.
3. Data storage and security
Data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is restricted to authorized personnel and protected by row-level security so each account only sees its own data.
4. Sharing with third parties
We use a small number of vetted service providers (hosting, email delivery, payment processing, error monitoring). They process data only on our behalf and under contractual privacy obligations.
5. Your rights
You can access, export, or delete your data at any time from inside the app or by contacting support. Deleting your account removes your business data from active systems within 30 days.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. We do not use advertising cookies.
7. Children
Hamesh is intended for business users and is not directed at children under 16.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notice.
