Quotes & invoices

From a price idea to a paid invoice in a few clicks — branded, multilingual, and shareable anywhere.

Documents

Quotes and invoices in Hamesh share the same items, branding, and tax setup. That means converting a quote to an invoice is one click — no retyping.

Step by step

  1. 1

    Set up branding once

Add your business name, logo, address, and tax info under Settings. Every quote and invoice will use them automatically.

  2. 2

    Create a quote

Choose a saved pricing calculation and customer. Hamesh creates a customer-ready quote line with the calculated quantity and price.

  3. 3

    Share over WhatsApp or PDF

Tap Share to send a clean PDF over WhatsApp or download it. Customers don't need a Hamesh account.

  4. 4

    Convert to invoice

Once the customer accepts, click Convert to invoice. Every line and its cost snapshot carries over automatically.

  5. 5

    Track payment

Mark invoices as paid, partially paid, or unpaid. The dashboard shows outstanding balances at a glance.
